Sulphonated Melamine Polycondensate

Category:

Melamine Superplasticizer

MS-F1

Product Description

MS-F1 is a powder melamine superplasticizer, which can be used in the mortar of cement-based and gypsum-based systems, giving the mortar the following characteristics:
Improve the fluidity of the mortar, reduce the viscosity, and improve the construction.
Low air entrainment and low retardation improve the early strength of mortar.
After the mortar sets and hardens, the surface has a certain gloss.

Range of Application

MS-F1 has good adaptability in various cement-based and gypsum-based systems, and is widely used in joint fillers, wear-resistant floors, refractories, mold gypsum, GRG gypsum, and prefabricated components.

Recommended Application:

Fluid mortar for pouring
Fluid mortar for paving
Fluid mortar for painting
Fluid mortar for pumping
Steam curing concrete
Other dry mix mortar or concrete

Method of Use

MS-F1 melamine superplasticizer is added to the powder, and it can be used after mixing evenly. According to performance requirements and application effects, the recommended dosage is 0.3~1.5% of the total weight of the cementitious material.
