PVA For Textile

PVA For Textile

In the area of textile, PVA is primarily used as raw material of vinylon fiber and warp sizingagent.  When PVA is used as raw material of vinylon fiber, it imparts the fiber with properties such aswhiteness, high strength, excellent hygroscopicity, and superior resistance to abrasion, sunlightand corrosion. Meanwhile PVA fiber can be spun in pure or in blends with cotton, wool andviscose fibers. And while PVA is used as sizing agent for textile, it won’t decompose and exhibits excellentcohesion power for cotton, hemp, polyester, vinylon and viscose fibers.
