PVA Fine Powder

 

PVA can be made from large particles into fine powder with different grade particle sizes by cryogenically crushing process, which can greatly accelerate the dissolution rate of PVA. For partial alcoholysis PVA powder, it can also be quickly dissolved in cold water.

 

Application

  1. Widely used in various dry powder rubber powder, dry powder putty, dry powder mortar and additives in oil field cementing.
  2. Coal and road environmental protection dust suppressant.
  3. Ceramic tile adhesive, plastering gypsum adhesive, especially suitable as putty for internal and external walls and additive for building mortar, which can improve its flexibility, water retention, reduce friction, enhance work efficiency and quality (prevent cracking and falling off of plaster layer, and increase adhesion strength and smoothness).
  4. Used as warp sizing agent, fabric finishing agent and vinylon fiber raw material in textile industry.
  5. Paper industry is used as paper adhesive and emery cloth paper.
  6. Chemical industry is used as polymerization emulsifier, dispersant and polyvinyl formal, acetaldehyde and butyral resin.
  7. Used as soil improver, pesticide adhesion synergist and polyvinyl alcohol film in agriculture.
  8. Ceramics, alumina granulation, ferrite magnets.
  9. Toys.
  10. Can also be used in daily cosmetics, pharmaceutical accessories.
  11. high-frequency quenchant, etc.

Packing

Paper-plastic composite bags with plastic film inner bags, each with a net weight of 25kg. â—Ž Transportation: clean transportation tools shall be used during transportation to prevent moisture, rain and sun; Handle with care to prevent the package from being broken by scratch.

 

Storage

Store in a dry and well-ventilated room at 5-30℃. Keep away from the heat source, keep away from humidity and sun exposure. After opening the bag, it should be sealed with a shelf life of 36 months.

 

Transportation

During transportation, the products shall be moved gently to prevent damaging the packing bags. Avoid direct contact with Naked flame, when fire happens, any fire fighting equipment may be use to extinguish the fire.
